This year's meeting WILL BE HELD ON November 22nd and 23rd at the SHERATON PORTLAND AIRPORT HOTEL in Oregon State.
Updated Confirmed speakers:
- Chris Blair, Promoter World Wide Technology Raceway
- Jeff McGillis the COO for the Portland Winterhawks, he oversees marketing and game operations
- Kendra Jacobs Chief Marketing and Events Officer High Limit Racing
- Dave Labor Sports Insurance Specialists

From I-205 & I-84:
The hotel is located on the Airport grounds! from I-84: take I-205N, follow approximately 3 miles to Airport Exit and follow Frontage Road signs to the hotel. From I-205: take Airport Exit, follow Frontage Road signs to the hotel. From I-5: take I-205 or I-84 to I-205, follow I-205 to Airport Exit and follow Frontage Road signs to the hotel.

- 3:30 pm Promoters break out Dirt Tracks – Pavement tracks
- 4:30 – 5:00 pm Promoters back to the big room
- Moderators for Friday rooms; Tom Glithero will moderate the Promoters Room
- Noon - 5:00pm Associations & Tech Room; Lunch Host My Race Pass
- Moderators for Friday rooms; Carla Stewart and Jim Allen will moderate the associations and tech room.
- 2:00pn -4:00pm Announcers & Media (Guest Speaker Ben Shelton)
- 2:00pm-4:00pm Scoring with MRP and more (Guest Speaker Dakota Tennyson)
- 6:00pm – 10:00pm Hospitality Room hosted by: Sports Insurance -Specialists, Hoosier Tire West and My Race Pass.
